• IF YOU CANCEL - CANCELLATION POLICY
Sometimes the best laid plans can be affected by things beyond your control. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may put a stop to your cycling adventure we recommend that all guests take out fully comprehensive travel insurance to mitigate against any loss that cancelling your cycling holiday could incur.  We would recommend that your insurance should cover both the cost of your tour and any associated travel plans e.g. flights.

On occasion it might be possible to transfer your tour booking to a different tour. Please contact us to discuss this possibility at the earliest opportunity.

In the unfortunate event that you cannot take your place on the tour but, you are able to find another party to take your place, upon full payment of the tour fee by the other party, we will refund your own tour fee less a €100 administration fee.

Any cancellation requests must be received in writing.  Our cancellation policy will apply regardless of personal or external factors. This also includes partial cancellation if a guest is unable to complete the entirety of the tour due to weather, personal emergencies, injury or accident or due to arriving late or leaving the tour early.

Any cancellation fee and appropriate refund, where applicable, is laid out below.  Please understand that many hotels, restaurants and other facilities and activities often require a deposit for us to secure these services for our guests. Also any late cancellations could affect the viability of the tour.

Please note that the total tour fee may also include event entry deposits which are non-refundable.

  • IF WE CANCEL - CANCELLATION POLICY
While unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any trip at any point prior to departure.  We will make every effort to give at least 13 weeks’ notice before the start date of the tour.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your tour, your tour fees will be refunded. Any refund given will become the full extent of our liability and will be considered full settlement.

    IF WE RESCHEDULE A TOUR
From time to time it may be necessary to reschedule a tour to a future date, if the new date of the tour is not acceptable, then you may cancel your participation. The standard “If you cancel – Cancellation policy” will then apply. We recommend you take out insurance to cover such an eventuality.
